Current sight has three spots that might be of interest to a traveller - Burana tower itself (round 30 meters high) with several mausoleum remainings. You can actually climb up the tower and see the beauty of the landscape and nearest mountains with Shamsy gorge.
Second spot is the remaing of the center of the city Balasagyn with recently erected open air museum of tomb stones, local craftmen tools and petroglyphs dated from 3rd centure B.C. to 10th centure A.D.
Third spot is a small museum with great exibition of archiological findings in the area that include coins, stones with markings in arabic, nestorian crosses and pictures of anumals; pictures of original tower as it was found by soviet archiologists in 1930th and other findings made of ceramic and other materials.
